US Army Brigadier General (Retired) Carol Eggert is Senior Vice President of Military and Veteran Affairs at Comcast NBCUniversal. In this role, she leads an eight-person team that works collaboratively across Comcast NBCUniversal to provide strategic leadership to all aspects of programs and outreach engaging the military and veteran community, including recruiting, hiring, and building talent at all levels of the organization.
Read her full bio here >>A 1987 graduate of West Chester University, Carol established the BGen (Retired) Carol Eggert Pallas Athene Women Veterans Endowed Scholarship at the University with a personal gift of $25,000 that will benefit a female student veteran with financial need. It is her hope that this gift will encourage others to support our veterans as they return from service and pursue their degrees at WCU.

Military Scholarships
The WCU Foundation is committed to supporting our student veterans and ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) cadets. We work hard to award as many scholarships to as many deserving students as possible. Thanks to the contributions of our generous donors, we awarded 39 scholarships totaling more than $39,000 at our 2017 Military Scholarship Ceremony.
